ux deliverables

I’ve been trying to come up with a list of UX deliverables, I’m trying to mesh UX with an existing development process and use them to help reduce development costs, training costs and actually start the development process with features that make sense, ie. users want them and they are well understood before we start building. In my search i’ve found a couple of good articles/lists regarding deliverables with an IA/ID leaning which are useful, but they’re also both from 2001.

Any other pointers to stuff like this would be much appreciated

  1. Hi Karl,

You should look at Matt Leacock’s UPA presentation from 2002…

Short on some IA type things, but excellent elsewhere. This overview is a good start:

  2. Thanks, this is brilliant, i love the relationship diagram, just the sort of thing I was looking for :-)
