In England we have the pervasive "brown sauce" which goes well with everything fried :-) I guess the problem with Guacamole is that it's kind of like of peanut butter, Avocado is the defining ingredient, problem is it's not in the name. I guess it's technically guacamole (if that makes any sense... I'm not sure anything can be "technically guacamole") but it had the consistency of mayonaisse so I think Green Sauce is a better name.
