An anthropological introduction to YouTube presented to the Library of Congress June 23rd

by Karl on July 30, 2008

This is a wonderful video presentation on YouTube that focuses the anthropology, the behavior, and the culture that YouTube is enabling. This is a wonderful video from an educational standpoint and I plan to use it in the upcoming course on social media I will be teaching in the fall at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.

Thanks for posting about this video Karl, I hadn’t seen it on youtube and it’s going to be a really useful educational tool I’ll be able to highlight and point people to. Might help me pop the agency bubble yet! :)

Thank you so much Karl, this was absolutely fabulous !!!

And exciting to see you’ll be teaching Social Media in the next semester, I took a look into content, and it seemed really interesting.

Could we have a shadow group at Nokia, for people who would be interested to learn and participate as a virtual study group?
